Where is my Parcel — I wasn't home to receive it?

If you are not at your delivery premises to accept your parcel it may have been taken to a collection point or waiting further instruction for re-delivery. This information will be noted in your tracking link.

Should your parcel be returned to us we will contact you regarding re-delivery or alternative options. An additional $12 will be charged to re-dispatch the parcel to you. 

If you choose authority to leave at checkout we cannot be held responsible for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of you selecting the delivery instruction.

Who do you ship with?

Please note that all our domestic orders are sent with one of the following carriers, depending on which shipping option you select at checkout - Fedex, TNT, DHL or Australia Post.

For 4-6 business day shipping, we will send your parcel via TNT, DHL or Fedex.

For 1-2 business day shipping, we will send your parcel via FedEx or UPS.

Please note, we cannot send to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers outside Australia.

All of our parcels require a signature upon delivery. To guarantee a smooth delivery of your order to you, we recommend that your parcel be sent to an address where someone will be able to receive it during business hours.

If no one is at the specified shipping address when delivery is attempted, all of our carriers will leave a card which will direct you to the local post office or exchange for collection.

Once a parcel is delivered to a local post office or collection point, we are unable to organise a redelivery for you. Parcels are held at a local office or collection point generally for no longer than 7 days before being returned back to us.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all international orders.

We ship internationally via FedEx, DHL or TNT Express for a fast and reliable service.

Please be aware that packages may be subject to delays and additional taxes and duties at the port of entry of various international countries outside of Australia. We take every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery, but we do not take responsibility for any delays and extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country.

What about shipping to the UK?

If you are shipping a parcel to the UK, there is a mandatory VAT tax rate applied to all imports. This is set by the Government, and cannot be avoided.

To make things more streamlined for you, all orders being shipped to the UK will have a 17% VAT charge added at checkout (excluding GST for Australian customers).

Will I have to pay taxes and duties on my international order?

Please be aware that packages may be subject to delays and/or additional taxes and duties when shipped to international countries outside of Australia.

We take every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery, however we do not take responsibility for any delays and/or extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country.

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes applied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Taxes and duties are calculated per your shipping country.

UK VAT will be applied to orders dispatched to the United Kingdom.

When will my preorder item arrive?

If you have ordered an item on preorder your entire order will be shipped on the date your preorder item is ready. You can find the date your preorder item will be ready in the product title and description.

What about custom embossing and customisable products, how long does that take?

We have two custom fonts, Thin Cursive and My Own Handwriting.

For orders with Thin Cursive, your order will be delivered to you within 6-10 business days.

For orders with My Own Handwriting, our custom embossing team will be in touch within one business day of your order being placed to request the artwork you would like embossed onto your item. They will work closely with you to finalise the look of your purchase. Once finalised your order will be delivered within 4-6 business days.

Our customisable accessories are a range you can personalise and make your own! These items should be out for delivery within 4-6 weeks as we are creating your custom item based on your selections. You can see our full range of customisable accessories here.

COVID-19 Response

Deliveries will now be contactless. The driver will try to obtain a signature upon delivery, but if this is not possible, the parcel will either be left at the premises as per authority to leave instructions or taken to a post office or collection point.

You may experience a slight delay with the delivery of your parcel, however, we are dispatching on time and we are working with our carriers to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
