My item has been personalised — can I return it?

Due to the customised nature of monogrammed products, we are unable to accept returns on items with personalisation unless they are defective or faulty. Please kindly note, if you select incorrect personalisation or the wrong phone case size, this does not constitute a product fault.

My item has NOT been personalised — can I return it?

If you are unsatisfied with a non-personalised product, you may return it within 14 days from the delivery date. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the same packaging as received.

Please note that TDE does not provide free returns and customers are liable for all return shipping charges.

My item has NOT been personalised — how do I return it?

If you have purchased an item from us WITHOUT any personalisation we are happy to provide you with an exchange or refund on the item once returned to us.

The item must have proof of purchase, be in the same condition as when it was sent to you, and must be returned within 14 days of delivery to be eligible. Please contact our customer care team here for further assistance. Please also note that TDE does not provide free returns and customers are liable for all return shipping charges.

I have an issue with my product — what can I do?

We quality check our products prior to dispatch and are confident in what we are packing before we send your parcel out to you. If you shop with us in store, you are able to check your purchase prior to leaving our store to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the product.

We cannot provide a refund or exchange for pure change of mind on a product that has been personalised. If you select incorrect personalisation or the wrong phone case size, this does not constitute a fault.

If you have any issues with your purchase, we are happy to look at the issue and provide you with a reasonable resolution. This must be communicated to our team here within 5 business days.

For any packages returned to us, we kindly ask for your patience as we process your return.

Do you do repairs?

At this time, we do not facilitate repairs on our products. If you find that your much loved TDE piece needs repairing, we recommend taking it to a leather repairs company local to you.
